Our prices assume a car in standard condition. Heavy staining, strong odours or severe contamination take extra time, and we'll talk to you about the cost before we start. We never add a charge without agreeing it with you first.

No. As long as we can get to your car and it's parked somewhere we can work, you can leave us to it. Plenty of our customers hand over the keys and get on with their day, or leave the car at work and come back to it finished.

Wherever it's parked, as long as there's room to walk right around it. A standard driveway is ideal, and a carport or an open workplace car park works fine too. If you're not sure whether your spot suits, send us a photo and we'll tell you.

No. A car wash takes surface dirt off. We lift road grime and brake dust properly, clean the wheels rather than rinse them, and leave a protective coat that helps your paint shed dirt and water for weeks afterwards. The finish lasts, and so does the protection.

The hydrophobic coat we apply keeps working for several weeks. How long depends on how much you drive and whether the car is garaged — a car parked outside and driven daily will need it sooner than a weekend car.

Usually we can improve them a lot, because most odours come from something we're cleaning anyway — spills in the carpet, food under a seat, damp mats. Strong or long-standing smells need extra time, and we'll tell you what's realistic before we start rather than after.

They include additional time (up to an hour more) for deeper stain removal, odour elimination, and spot treatment that a standard detail doesn't cover.

Yes. For vehicles beyond what a Premium Detail can address, heavy neglect, embedded staining, spills, or odour issues, we offer a Restoration Detail. We inspect the vehicle first and provide a fixed price before any work begins, so you know exactly what to expect.
